Support Worker- Caloundra
Community access - Participant will need to be taken into the community, to help with grocery shopping and other takes needed to be completed on the day. Participant is OCD, the participant has asked for the support worker to be clean shaven and have a clean car. They may also request for a mask to be worn as well as protective slip over boots over their shoes.
Support Worker- Morayfield
In home care and community access. The participant will require help around the home as well as community support and domestic assistance.
Support Worker- Redcliffe
The participant will require the support worker to help her access the community, go shopping, to the beach, visit her family and assist with her afternoon tea.
Support Worker- Varsity Lakes
The participant will require the support worker to help her access the community, go shopping, to the beach, visit her family and assist with her afternoon tea.
Support Worker- Gold Coast - General
This will be an on call position, to cover sick leave and general leave. The role will range from community access, to in home care including personal care domestic assitance as well as community access. This is dependant on the participant and what they require.
Support Worker- Redland Bay
The role will include all assistance in daily living tasks for the SIL home, including personal care domestic assistance, social support, meal prep, medication management .
Support Worker- Redland Bay
Participant has a hearing impairment, the support worker will assist in all areas of in home care and community access including taking the participant to retrieve their medication, complete shopping, as well as helping around the home and meal time support.
