About the Role
Step into a meaningful position where you’ll support clients with daily living activities — from personal care and meal preparation to medication assistance and community access — all within the comfort of their home. Every shift is a chance to change someone’s day for the better.
Available Shifts:
We currently have opportunities supporting participants with Community Access and within a Supported Independent Living (SIL). A variety of shifts are available, including day shifts and sleepovers, offering flexibility across different support needs.
What You’ll Bring:

At least 6 months’ experience in disability support

A valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle

Current paid employee Blue Card
-
Current paid employee Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Clearance
-
Current First Aid & CPR certification
-
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete before starting)

Full Australian working rights
-
The ability to work both independently and within a supportive team

A smartphone with internet access

Two recent professional references (from supervisors)

We’re currently seeking caring, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our team in the Mango Hill area. In this rewarding role, you’ll assist clients with everyday living — including personal care, meal preparation, medication support, and helping them stay connected with their community. Your support will play a vital role in improving quality of life. Shift Availability: •Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday: 7:00am – 9:00am & 5:00pm – 7:00pm •Wednesday: 12:30pm – 5:00pm (fortnightly)
