Real Community Services (RCS) is proud to reflect on an incredible chapter in our journey of growth, impact, and commitment to person-centred care.

Over the past two years, we’ve been honoured across multiple categories at the Australian Disability Service Awards, recognising both our organisational excellence and the outstanding individuals who bring our values to life every day.

In 2024, RCS was named a finalist for Best Accommodation Provider and proudly won Most Outstanding Support Worker. In 2025, we reached another milestone with the prestigious award for Best Support Worker – Person-Led Practice in Action, acknowledging the extraordinary dedication of our team and our unwavering focus on empowering participants through choice and control.

These recognitions came from heartfelt nominations that highlighted our core commitment to creating supportive, inclusive, and person-centred environments across our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services.

Our SIL homes prioritise the goals, preferences, and aspirations of every participant, ensuring support is tailored to build confidence, independence, and meaningful outcomes.

We work collaboratively with participants, families, and allied health professionals to co-design support plans—ensuring every voice is valued and heard.
