Quality Officer

38 Hours - Full Time 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday
Fixed term appointment to 30 June 2009
SACS 6.1 Award Wage ($49,418) plus super

Our client requires an experienced person to assisting in the development and accreditation of the various elements of the Quality System and to support continuous improvement in service and business performance. The QSO also has responsibility for coordinating the client feedback processes of programs.

Essential

Demonstrated Quality Systems coordination experience within the Disability or Community Sector and the ability to contribute to the continuous improvement of an accredited Quality System.
Demonstrated capacity for the drafting and administration of policies, procedures and forms for a wide range of applications.
Experience in coordinating client feedback processes including development, distribution and evaluation of surveys and facilitation of consumer groups
High level capacity in the use of Microsoft Office products, particularly Word documents.

Desirable

Appropriate formal qualifications and evidence of continuing professional development &
Professional experience in the mental health, disability or human services sector.
