Specialised Staffing

We are aware of the pressing demands of the Community and Social Services Sectors. At times you may require staff on an ‘as soon as possible’ basis due to expected staff not arriving to commence work. Other times there is more flexibility to allow for further selection of appropriate staff such as contracts (Locum Roles) and permanent placement.

Real Community Services specialises in the recruitment of temporary, temp-perm, permanent and contract (Locum) staffing needs in the Human Services Industry. Our aim is to complement and strengthen Service Providers by providing highly qualified &/or experienced staff 24 hours per day 7 days per week in the following areas;

Community Services Sector - Disability, Mental Health & Community Aged Care

Staff provided in these areas can include Personal Care Attendants, Support Workers, Carers and Assistants in Nursing.

• Staff duties in these areas can include but are not limited to meal preparation, in home support, personal care, respite and social support (Community Access). Clients supported may have low to high complex support needs.

Social Support Services

Provision of staff in the Social and Human Services sector include those with at least Tertiary or above (including currently studying) qualifications and experience. Such positions range from but are not limited to Key Workers, Case Coordinators, Social Workers, Counselors, Service Coordinators and Management roles.

• Requirements for practice varies between disciplines therefore recruitment is tailored for specific organisational requirements alongside legislative guidelines.
